For people that live a normal Balanced Life that wasn’t much of a problem 50 years ago, although now in this crazy world it has seemed to become a problem for children.
They actually think that they can choose to be a “boy” or a “girl” after they are born.
Most old men like the repairman in the story know they weren’t meant to alter or use their abilities for changing what was meant to be, or not meant to be.
