Tools, Parts, Brakes, Repairs,…
Selling
Mission accomplished ! I got it ! That’s it ! ……This is going to work !
All the phrases, comments, words, hopes, expectations,……
When buying a new tool, part, or item that is supposed to be a good replacement, or help accomplish what you need to do, too often the new tool or part brakes soon after
being used for a short time….
This Example
Obviously, there are tools and parts that last a long term and work well, although in this article I am writing about a recent purchase of a hand cart that was supposed to replace the cart that I use.
The new tool looked very similar, and had wheels that looked like they might work better in the winter, snow, slush, etc….
Re-Labeled ?
The tool/ cart had a brand name on it, although looked like a manufactured item that companies put their name on without actually building the item.
The tool/cart worked well for one or two trips to the store and after approx. 2 weeks it broke.
Quality and Specific Connections
For ideas on tools and fix it ideas…. https://tool-ideas.com
One of the wheel area parts broke and when I looked to repair it, I noticed it didn’t have threaded screw bolts or fastener nuts.
It used rivet – pressed hardware to connect and fasten.
Therefore, those parts are not usually available or easy to fix by the average person.
It has been a few months now and I am using the old cart/tool that I have.
Eventually, I might contact the manufacturer of the tool to tell them about the quality of their product after I used it.
